Return policy for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days.

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment. Depending on the quantity and nature of the return, the costs are estimated at a maximum of EUR 120.00, but are calculated based on current shipping rates.

Important: Do not simply return goods to us. We cannot accept unregistered returns and will send them back at your expense.

So can you Return products

1. Send the completed form Return form via email to office@roomours.de
2. We will contact you within a maximum of 2 business days to arrange a time for you to collect the returns.
3. Be sure to pack the products in their original packaging and ensure they are protected from damage during transport.
4. Our shipping company will pick up the vehicle on the agreed date.
5. We will check the returned goods for damage and, if applicable, refund the amount already paid. less the costs incurred for the return
